    Had a fairly unpleasant experience with their IFA arm though. Barge pole time IMHO.

    I've been using them for a year without problems. Of course we haven't been through the big end-of-year stuff yet which will perhaps be the biggest test, but they are always quick to respond to my questions.

    Quay Accounting aren't new. They've been around as long as the other 2 you mention. What are your service level criteria? Do you want personal contact - in which case one of the larger firms might not be the answer. Go for one that's big enough to cope and small enought to give a toss.
