    the answer to this might depend on whether there was any supplr to client contract terms - other than the s/ware t&c's you mentioned . Did the education body ask you to sign up to their terms as well?

    Again, not really contracting but I know a few of you sell stuff.

    I have a small educational software company selling my own software and have always had product insurance as it was a condition of the government education scheme Curriculum Online.

    Now this has ceased to exist I wonder if I need to keep shelling out about £450 when we only sell in the UK and instal requires the customer to accept the usual standard terms about no liability for consequential faults.

    AFAIK these conditions are legally valid in the UK but perhaps someone knows different? Ta for any comments.
