The one you posted is not for the current tax year, although it gives a good idea.
There is one at www.blevinsfranksaccountants.com, you will need to register, and then go to Business Library and then the Tools and Documents folder to download the Comparision Spreadsheet for 2008/9.
The spreadsheet compares Ltd Co, Partnership, Agency PAYE, Self Employed, for both Inside IR35 and Outside Ir35.

Just change cells D11 - D14 to suit your circumstances. The remaining tabs on the sheet is what they would e-mail you. Enjoy.
