Here's a link to the PCG forum. I'll try it in a minute.

Yes, you do. But you are. So no problem...

If you don't get a response from the Legal team, give the office a call and tell them.

    Ta. Will have a read.

[Edit] Read it. Are the PCG legal helpline ringing you back or havent you been able to get through. As Mal says, post in the PCG fora too and if you're not getting the backup from the legal helpline you feel you should then flag it higher up. But that depends on the details, when you rang, what's been said etc.

    Good luck

Didn't spot that. In which case, he should have a word with the office...

JonC - always worth asking on the Legal forum on the PCG fora. You'll be amazed how much real expertise is washing around those boards.

    Legal help needed

    Hi,

I need to seek legal help, but the lawyer / solicitor needs to have specialised financial law experience.

Anyone have any recommendations ? Or alternatively anyone advise where the best place to start looking ? I know it sounds like a daft question, but googling this isn't going to help and I think my needs probably go beyond the yellow pages.

    Thanks in advance.

    Jon
