I have recently switched over to an umrella company from my Ltd company, which has been trading for less than a year (jun07-feb08). I am looking to close down the Ltd, so these first financial accounts I am submitting will also be the last.
The company is registered for PAYE, but I do not wish to put my salary through this system, instead I wish only to account for the employer NI that the company is liable for, and calculate my Income Tax and employee NI conts as an inidividual (ie through my personal tax return).
Question is:-
a) Can this be done
b) if so, what forms do I need/how to submit ony employers NI?
cheers
I can't for the life of me think why you would want to do that anyway, but broadly no you can't do that.
