    I would have thought so. Plus you will get 4 x your CGT annual exemption which will save you £5K if you have 2 equal shareholders.

    But if you are going to continue contracting, there is a chance the residual proceeds will be treated as a dividend so in those circumstances, I personally wouldn't bother.
