    Never assume anything.

Who checked it last time. I *should* still pass as IR35 hasn't had any ajor case law in the last year that I know of but maybe sent it to somewhere else. 12 months dosh is a lot if Hector comes knocking. Maybe you now know more about your working practices then add those in a phone conversation to B&C and they will advise on the whole thing etc.

    IR35 check needed?

    Hi,
I've just been renewed with a rate increase (woot!) for 12 months (woot!). The extension letter I've been sent says the following:

"Further to our recent telephone conversation, this is to confirm the recent extension to your contract at CustomerCO from one-day through to another day.

The rate for this contract will be £not as much as you'd like per day. All other terms and conditions are the same as the previous contract.

It is imperative that you countersign one of the enclosed copies as an indication of your acceptance and return it to me within the next few days, retaining the other for your files.

I wish you every success in your new assignment and look forward to seeing you soon."

I had the original contract checked, presumably I don't need to run this past the same lawyer?

    Cheers....
Working...
