Got this in an email a short while ago... not quite as big as the other deposit rates mentioned here but if you want all the functionality of a current account...
£0 fee too.
-
Obviously there rates changes every day, but at the time of writing...
Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander have 6.31% for 3 months (min £100k)
http://www.singers.co.uk/treasury/co...erestrates.htm
Close Brothers have 6.07% for 3 months (min £100k)
http://www.closetreasury.co.uk/rates.htm
Feel free to phone around other banks, but due to the nature of these products most don't publish their rates on the internet
Let me know if you find any better!

Commercial Bank Account / Fixed Term Bond
Anyone got any better suggestions than Cater Allen at 5.99% for 3 months, for a six figure sum that I do not want to risk and do not want to tie up for more than 3 - 6 months at a time?Tags: None
