    If they are inviting all the contractors, then no reason. There is another thread on here somewhere about this - think the general opinion was that it would be OK and not really impact your IR35 status.

    Hi,

    My client is organising a company do and has asked the contractors to come along as well.

    Does this have any IR35 ramifications. ?

    Obviously it'll have other ramifications, i.e. me getting p*ssed and telling the boss what a lousy job he's doing whilst groping one of the pretty secretary's.. but as long as it doesn't affect my IR35 status as I can reason with my boss but not HMRC..
