Don't you have an old permie payslip you can look at?

If you want I'll scan one of my payslips I issue myself if you like. Will do it later as I need time to blank out the numbers.

Employee Name and Address, Tax Code
Gross pay for month
Income tax deducted this month
NI deducted this month
Other deductions this month...
Net pay this month.

And then the same for totals so far this year. And maybe a line for any expenses reimbursed through payroll.

Hi,

Is there a common format to follow when issuing payslips. I didn't find it in the New employer pack sent by HMRC. Would appreciate if someone can send me a sample of a payslip.
