i got a sat nav when they first came out and was a stupid price of £499. I put it through company and everything went like a dream. I did honestly need it for business use as i was doing a hell of a lot of driving to other client sites that i had never been to.

    Now i don't use it....

if you it at all for personal use ever, you will have to pay BIK tax for it.

In general, if you travel 'occasionally' it is hard to justify it as a business expense.

    Sat Nav paid by Ltd

I was thinking of purchasing sat nav and claiming thr total cost of it as a business expense (I travel around the country occasionally for work). Is there anything I need to be aware of if I do this?
