    Please everybody note that the page linked to above by the OP is a list of amendments that were tabled as at 15th May, not those that have been agreed. The Bill is still going through the Parliamentary process, currently at Committee stage, and so far very few material amendments put forward have been accepted.

    Not sure if this has been posted on here before but the original MSC legislation was amended on 15/05/07. See the following link:-

    Pretty much all good news I think. Tightens up the definition of a managed service company so that fewer innocent parties will be affected.
