There was only one reply from me which is as follows.
Simple question but could be a complex answer depending on circumstances. You mention not finding a job. You should be able to find a perm job if you have to and in that case paying a salary status may need to change etc.
You are best speaking to a professional if you are consider losses and the like. Get it wrong and it's going to cost you a lot of money and heartache. Best speak to your accountant first and see if they can whistle up some scenarios for you.

Pension contributions from Ltd Co when no revenue #2
Weird - my existing post throws an error when I try and access it?
So again + thanks for the earlier reply but I cannot see it :-)
My question - assume ltd co has 200K after all obligations cleared. Contract ends and no more work, can I continue to pay salary and pension contributions for eg 2 financial years?
If so, then this will generate a loss as outgoings could be say 100K a year so can this loss be offset against past corp tax so resulting in a corp tax refund?
