So you've two directors? Both earners? And one isn't going to be earning any income for the LTD for whilst the other continues to do so?

Going PAYE & Keeping LTD Running
Been contracting outside of IR 35 for ten years now and have been sitting on the bench for a while. Looking at a PAYE roll that I have been offered but want to keep my LTD open as my wife is a director and she is currently working on an outside of IR35 gig. Obviously, I will be talking to the accountants about this, but has anyone else done something similar or could share their experiences?Tags: None
