Definiately if you're working in Switzerland and the UK Agency hasn't got your Work Visa and resident Permit sorted.

I will never work for a UK agency like that again (almost got run out of the bloody country)

I would intent to spend minimum time in UK over a 1 year period.

Whether or not YOU are resident in the UK depends upon the time you spend here, you can find some info on HMRC website. If you are not resident in the UK this may well change YOUR tax position.

Whether YOURCO is resident in the UK may also change (but it is unlikely).

Whether you are resident in country 2 will also depend on their rules.

You should take professional advice. It mnay be thaty your particular circumstances gives some tax planning opportunities, it may also be that it increases your liabilities. The details of the double taxation agreement between us and country 2 and your residency status there may become important.

You would be an Australian resident. Whether you go there on holiday or to work is irrelevant. You won't be resident in the UK anymore, but since your source of income is from the UK, I think Hector takes a small share of it. Then this income will be taxed in Australia.
If you actually do this work while being in Australia, you will most probably have to pay some kind of NICs to the Australian Hector.

Honestly, your ltd is in the UK and your client is in the UK, I would stay in the UK. You can manage to pay an overall amount of taxes of about 20% or even less. So why bother?...

I can't see how your resident status would not change if you work out of the UK for a year...
Since your Ltd is based in the UK and your invoice payer is a UK based consultancy, nothing changes for your ltd.
For you as an individual, wrt salary and dividends, it depends on your residency status. Note that it may be possible to be resident in 2 (or more) different countries. Then all depends on the local law and whether there is any double tax treaty between the UK and that country.

If i was to accept a contract with a UK consultacy through my Ltd and then work remotely/out of country for a year would it pose any problems?

I would be able to deliver all that is required from the location,

I can't see how your resident status would not change if you work out of the UK for a year...
Since your Ltd is based in the UK and your invoice payer is a UK based consultancy, nothing changes for your ltd.
