    Have you started the work? If so by starting the work and them allowing you to start then the terms have been accepted so you are OK. I don't often get countersigned contracts from agents either though have started to insist on it and they tend to come back OK. Seems to be the norm not get a countersigned one back so wouldn't worry.

    As long as you've started the work and the agency has let you then the contract is in place.

    Is my SoW contract valid since it has no countersignature ?

    I signed my SoW contract before the start date however the agency have not countersigned it. I have requested a few times for a countersigned copy and they said i'll receive it but still nothing. Its been almost 1 month now.

    Is my contract valid? Do they have the option of not paying me at the end, cutting me off without notice etc because they have not countersigned it?
