    As I discovered at the HMRC workshops "Any payments made after April 6th where the end client is a public sector organisation are subject to the new IR35 rules" so you are out of luck there.

    However Firm A is wrong here - it is their problem but I suspect it would require someone like Dave Chaplin to make the point clear to them.
