    HI,

    We are an Irish Based Construction company, We have registered a new company in the UK. We are registered for CIS, Corporation tax, VAT + PAYE in UK.

    We have been approached by a UK Company to do some work for them , the work will be in Southern Ireland. Do we run this through our Irish Company or through our UK Company?

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
