EU Professional Indemnity Insurance?

Does anyone have any experience/recommendations for professional indemnity insurance when living in the EU? I've found a fair few providers who's policies will cover your work in the EU, but want a UK address.

Are you using your UK LTD? Did you check this out with a commercialista?

I have professional indemnity insurance that covers my work throughout the EU. You will need to find a provider in your country of residence. The bigger companies such as Hiscox usually have English people speaking kicking around.

Probably not sufficient. If they find out they'll declare you not insured.

I am a UK national who's moved to Italy, where I'll be providing IT consultancy for clients across the EU (and the UK), working remotely from my home in Italy.

Does anyone have any experience/recommendations for professional indemnity insurance when living in the EU? I've found a fair few providers who's policies will cover your work in the EU, but want a UK address.

How have people managed this when they've been working in EU countries for long contracts?
