I hope they continue to grow and add more services. My wife has been trying to open up a USD personal account for like a month now and hasn't been able to successfully do it with any of the traditional banks and unfortunately Starling doesn't offer a USD personal account (but they do for business accounts).
Neither me nor my wife have personal Starling accounts, but we were able to open the business account very easily (both directors/shareholders).

Have a look at Transferwise Borderless account for USD.

Revolut do USD holdings - the only reason I use them is the ability to exchange money when I want rather than instantly.

I think mine currently has TRY, Euro and $ in and about 3p in sterling.

It literally takes 5 minutes to import bank transactions into FreeAgent. Yes, it’s annoying but I’m staying with Metro Bank

So is the accountant advocating a move because it makes their life easier, or because they think it's best for your business?

I moved from metro bank when their feeds stopped working due to the open banking legislation coming into affect last April.

I opened an account with Starling which took minutes and it integrates flawlessly with FreeAgent.

    Free agent Metro Bank integration

My new accountant suggests I change my bank account away from Metro bank who I've been with for years as there is no integration with Free Agent.

Anyone else had to do this or can you offer any advice? Thanks
