You might edit your first post though it's good you took the time to correct yourself.
I am curious why they were furloughing people, did they realise they had a load of dead weight they could manage without? Or that nobody does anything until CT/SATR season anyway?

Feels like Intouch are going out of business?
Apologies for dragging this up again but I have to hold my hands up.
My email provider have not been delivering emails since the start of last week but were still allowing me to send them.
Therefore I have to apologies to Intouch as they were probably replying to all my emails.
Also Patrick has been on the money with my issues and has been really helpful.

Feels like Intouch are going out of business?
No longer responding to emails (sent 3 emails this week).
Overdue VAT returns.
Called 5 times today only got through once and told they would get someone to respond today but nothing.
Personal accountants being put on furlough but not notifying clients.
