  • Moving from an outside IR35 Contract to a new role at same Client

    Hi

Currently contracting (outside IR35) at a client. The client (I think) will be offering a permie role which is completely different to my current contract role. If it is offered it'll be based on me having previous experience working in the permie role rather than the experience in current contract role.

The client isn't clear on what they're doing re April changes yet but I've (reluctantly) reached conclusion that it's time for me to go perm, at least in the short-term.

I don't think there's any HMRC implications of this as the permie role is completely different to my current contract role but appreciate your thoughts on this scenario and if there's any considerations I should be making..

    Thanks!
Working...
