Rapid formations for £39 a year. They scan and email CH and HMRC post to you. We use and recommend them. Get a London or Scottish address with them. No kick backs for referrals though. Just standard wholesome service.

Costs £24 a year and they just forward statutory HMRC and CoHo mail. Literally stick a post label over the front of the envelope and chuck it in the post to you.

Registered Office service
I'm in the process of getting rid of my accountants - too many "this will be done by next quarter I promise" emails, not enough checking of employee credentials, changing staff, that kind of thing - but at the moment my company registered office is at their offices.
Can anyone recommend a service that would do the same and forward the three or four pieces of post I receive every year through to me? Preferably not a string of "my accountant does this for me" replies, please - I know that some do it included in the fee.
