My mother tongue is English but speak French at home in Belgium .This does not mean I can do SAP in French or the other languages that I speak. You don't learn IT or business lingo at a language school.

Register as self employed in the country you live in and take it from there. There's little point in using a company unless you intend to grow the business beyond just yourself.Originally posted by fishandchips View PostChaps,
I making plans to leave the UK for good. I was I.T contracting in the UK using my limited company. However since I am moving to mainland europe I will not have the opportunity to use my limited company abroad as every country has its own tax laws. Thus I am in the process of dissolving my company and my business account.
If I do work in Belgium\Luxembourg\Germany what are my options without having to incur the wrath of paying huge amounts of tax in the local countries ?

And start learning the language as well. English only speakers are going to find it difficult to find work over there (if they aren’t already).

Pay what the national tax authorities expect you to pay. Belgian and German tax authorities treat any deviation as criminal behaviour. HMRC are sweethearts in comparison to them.Originally posted by fishandchips View PostChaps,

Basically find a local accountant to help you once you decide where to take up residency.
