    Had to work Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
Had to perform the work personally
Had to wear staff uniform, company van, and follow staff procedures for booking time off
Got company credit card for fuel or got it reimbursed by completing employee expense claim form
Told what to do (e.g. what deliveries) and how to do their job (eg routes)

Is anyone really surprised by this?
Except Hermes workers don't do 9-5. They collect things at ridiculous hours in the morning and can go on until late.
