    I did it via companies house directly online. I had no idea before hand what creating a company involved. It was incredibly easy.

    I suspect about 99.5% of Companies are formed using the model template. Unless your circumstances are very special, run with the model and don’t worry about it.

    It’s probably a decade since I’ve last incorporated a company with special wording.

  • Incorporating a new LTD using companies house model memorandum

    Hello
    Going to register a new LTD company. Last time I used the one from contractor UK, but I saw companies house have a great service including articles of association and memorandum for £12.

    Looking at existing LTD company memorandum, it is longer. Is this typically necessary? I know there are a lot of agents offering LTD company formation services.
