I spoke to the agent who obviously hasn't got a clue what the contract wording means but they do have a legal person who I've spoken to previously so they are going to send it through.
Just feels like deliberately walking into a wall just for the fun of it but it needs to be right to protect my company.
I know you should walk away when it doesn't meet your expectations but always tough.

Contract wording changes
Hi all,
Had a contract review completed and it passed but they recommended some wording changes. How have you approached this with agents?
I'm making some changes myself to the quotation documents to cover some bits but they are recommending changing individual wordings from 'agree' to 'discuss' which sounds like semantics to the untrained eye but I don't have a law degree so.....Tags: None
