HSBC Business Banking WTF?

I've been with HSBC for several years. Quite liked it.

Today I log in to transfer some money to an account I've done several times before. Only to find I cannot make any transfers or payments. I either get "no payment limit set" or just a system error page... can't view standing orders, DDs, etc.

Looking at payment limits, I have to fill out and take to a branch a form and wait for it to be processed. But I need access to my money now - it's trapped there seemingly.
In account setup, I see I DO have a bill payment daily limit of £10k set up. So what is going on? Nightly glitch - anyone else seeing issues?
