    Property

As Chris (@maslins) says, it's a specialist area. We've a property team within the general practice (www.hentons.com) that would be able to help but for simple structures, most contractor accountants should be able to assist.

I'd recommend you at least have a chat with Preetesh Parmar of Tidy Money.

Our attitude is we just stick to what we know well. If a client has a basic BTL, fine, we can deal with that...but if they start to get more heavily involved in property, we don't feel we've got the specialist knowledge required to fully assist. There's typically big numbers at play, so you want an accountant who's very confident they know their stuff. A couple of our clients who were getting more involved in property moved to Tidy Money and seemed very happy.

If you are SPV LTD, you would not specifically look for a contractor accountant. I have SPV clients and accounting is slightly different from a standard trading company and whilst it may not seem complex, it requires good accounting and tax knowledge so you are best to make sure at least your accountant has the relevant experience and is also qualified.
