    If you are you should be breaking even with 4 attendees; any more than that is your profit margin.

    A contract is a contract is a contract.

    The schedule of work will set out the scope of training, the deliverables and the number of attendees/courses.

    And don't forget to add the number of days developing the materials if you're expected to do it yourself.

    I'm looking for a contract template for an IT training I wish to provide. I have not found what I've been looking for on IPSE or Qdos Legal websites. Still awaiting answer from my accountant on that... I appreciate that kind of document template is a wee bit less popular. Is anyone able to recommend anything?
