I got the agency to change it at the last minute in addition to a couple of other things.
Most importantly given the current financial/job climate an extension hopefully through to the end of the year.

I'm pretty sure I've never had a contact with my registered office on it.

Just tell the agency to update it, it isn't a big thing to change on the contract extension.

Contract Extension - Company Registered Office
Since starting the current contract my company registered office has changed.
Can anyone advise of any legal implications of signing a contract extension, in this case a completely new contract rather than just a schedule, with the old company registered office on the contract rather than the new one?Tags: None
