Hi Kristen,
Why don't you arrange for an Accountant to help with the setup of your Ltd Company and then the ongoing support to help with ensuring everything is setup correctly etc.

Forming a company - shares, etc
Hi guys,
I had a search through the forum to no avail. I was just wondering what kind of shares are best for a one man band ltd company? On the ltd company set up website there are:
Ordinary, preference, deferred ordinary, deferred, redeemable, redeemable preference, A ordinary, B Ordinary and C ordinary.
Do most people just go with Ordinary or A ordinary? I'm planning on just having 1 share. Also what is the aggregate nominal value? Can i just put 1 there?
Thanks guys!Last edited by kristen330; 24 April 2017, 09:51.Tags: None
