    Clause 3.5 of their T&Cs implies not:

    3.5. Your use of the Services must be for your private, personal and non-commercial purposes.

    And from their summary:

    "If we believe you’re using the Service fraudulently, illegally, in a way that harms our Network or the experience of others, or for business use (amongst other things) we will cancel your Service."

    started a topic GiffGaff under company name?

    GiffGaff under company name?

    I'm about to change provider as my new address has no reception with my previous one. I'm looking seriously at GiffGaff (SIM-only) and while it's no big deal, wondered if I can set this up paid by my company account?

    GiffGaff membership doesn't appear to let you enter a company name but I could put my company name as my account name. IIRC the strict rule is you are supposed to have the account in your business name but if that's not possible is this really a problem?
