    From an Accountancy side, there hasn't been an increase in contractors being investigated for IR35 by HMRC over the past few years.

    Yes the public sector contractor days rates will increase, which will most likely have a knock on effect to the private sector. These will probably decrease as they will be in popular demand post April 2017.

    Is there any increase of ir35 cases compared to 3 -4 years ago.....

    For the gov sector I understand all are employees now, so I guess some contractors will be pushing for rate increases ....
