Why are you having to do this. You've done something wrong or generally not running your business very well? Either way you want to stop whatever you are doing and do it properly.

Get an accountant that had freeagent so you can see exactly what is happening all the time.

Legally no but if no one else has seen them who can tell?

Your accountant may get p*ssed if your divided declarations don't match the business bank statements but dividends don't have to be paid immediately they are declared.

i am in my 1st financial year and am yet to file my returns. can i amend previous minutes and divi vouchers? this is to make the divi vouchers correlate to the specific dividend declarations
