Read up on how to stay on the right side of IR35 and get on with it.
If they reviews say you are caught then you might want to think if you want the contract or act caught for that role. Outside of that there isn't much else you can do.
Good luck

But don't spend your life worrying about IR35; it is manageable with care and knowledge and you shouldn't let your working life be driven by taxation anyway. Even if you're firmly caught, you're still better off than any permie for a host of reasons, most of which don't involve income. Your real concern these days is about the level of Supervision, Direction and Control you are working under since they will have a potentially much wider impact.

Not what sure the value an accountant would have in answering this question.
When you start contracting an experienced contractor accountant would be invaluable.
From my experience the majority of contracts are outside IR35 if you get them reviewed etc.

I will second what Mike says speak to some contractor accountants (us included) as getting the correct advice from the outset will benefit you.

I would suggest giving one of us contractor accountant's a call. I think I speak on behalf of us all in that we would be more than happy to have a chat with you and answer any queries you may have at this point.
Best of luck with your contract search.

I know this as to be reviewed on a case by case basis, but I was wondering how likely am I to find a contract outside IR35? (For the contracts you accept, is IR35 the exception or the rule?)
If it make a big difference, given my current cv, I think most of my first opportunities will be Java dev for banking/finance sector.
Sorry if something similar has been covered, I couldn't find a matching thread.
Thanks.
See if Admin can grant you PM rights, then if you have any queries at all just PM northernladuk.
