Wow, typo police. Equally one full stop is usually satisfactory to end a sentence.

Thanks, I'll take a look in the FAQ's section. I didn't see anything on this specific topic but will dig a little deeper.

    cheers

    French Lease backs

    Hi

I am an IT contractor running as a limited company and was looking for advise on investments. I have built up some capital and have been looking into buying property as a business investment with a long term goal of using it as an income/possibly running it as a letting company.

Do you think it could be legitimately funded as a business investment using company money or would this not be compliant and therefore have to be funded through personal money i.e releasing money from the company and paying personal tax on it?

Also, I would be interested to hear of any experiences people have on french lease backs (good or bad)?

    Thanks in advance

    Iain LR
