    I think what NLUK means is, you haven't provided enough information for Internet strangers to be able to comment, such as what country you're in, how long you've been there for, what your domicile or citizenship is, whether you intend to return and when, whether you have other shareholders/directors, what other income you may have had during the year, whether you're married and have dependants, and/or what you consider an "issue" to be.

    Yes, you'll have to pay tax. That's a taxation issue.

    We can't really answer your question. You should seek advice from an accountant. There are far too many things unspecified and cross-border taxes are complicated. In principle, you can continue paying dividends and, providing you're trading (w/r to CT relief), a reasonable salary etc. If your company has ceased trading, that will have other implications, including your eligibility for Entrepreneurs Relief at some point in the future.

    In short, there are many issues, and your question is best posed to a professional who is familiar with your circumstances.

    Is it possible to still declare dividends and draw a salary from your LTD company that is based in the UK whilst being employed and paid in local currency abroad in a permanent position?
