    Thanks for your help. The agency is offering it in conjunction with the client (they are sister companies) however I am subcontracted again to a customer site so not sure where that leaves me!

    If this is the agency (not the client) offering it I wouldn't have thought it would affect your IR35 status but probably means you're getting stiffed on your rate.

    IR35 and Loyalty Bonuses

    My current agency has offered a loyalty reward scheme whereby you receive financial bonuses after 6 months of service for number of days worked in the month. I am concerned that this may implicate my IR35 status - anyone come accross anything like this before?
