I only know about WU because I've read about it on 419 Eater.

BTW, rather than WU for regular international transfers, I find Transfer Wise cheaper and better.

For the majority of contractors - you invoice, payment is processed at agreed agency payment run schedule (normally weekly, fortnightly, monthly), payment arrives into bank account same day. Not sure why Paypal would make this process faster ?

Why do you want to use PayPal?
Just go direct to Western Union and send the cash wherever you like in one go.
