Who is responsible for approving your timesheet? Speak to them and find out what has happened.

You could ask the client why they haven't been signed for a start. Other thing is to continue to try get hold of the agency. Unless it's gone bump you will be able to get hold of them some how. Ring their reception number, not agent direct. Call their head office, find someone that works their on linked in and message them.

Are you opted out? What does your contract say? What does 'no avail' mean? Have they not responded or not responded favourably? Have you contacted the client to see why they have not signed it?Originally posted by Stoafie View Postmy homebased contract ends in 2 weeks, however last week's timesheet has not been authorised.
I have contacted the agency to no avail.
What should I do?
