Doesn't sound like he's a contractor from that info. More like self employed sitting in his bedroom making a web site. Why would he bother with a limited company.

About company creation, legal aspects and Accounting
Hi there,
I'm a frenchy who just moved in London and I'd like to create a company ut I need informations.
I'm working on a website, a little like Gumtree, so the website will sell online services, I don't know really how to call that.
First of all I need to create a company. I will have mi NINo il some weeks, I read that the easiest way is to create a private limited company.
Can I just rent a postal box as address ?
Should I reserve my company name and my website name as a brand name ?
Second point, I know nothing about accounting, for example if I sell products how does it works with the VAT, is there others taxes to pay ?
Thanks for your help.Tags: None
