Company formation services and recurring fees after year 1.

    Hi Guys,

Quick one. What are the recurring costs after I have set up my company with somebody like Companies Made Simple?

For example, if I go with various options and stuff it seems like a decent deal for year one. But am I likely to be hit with the real costs of all these options into perpetuity from year 2?

I get the feeling that a lot of these companies get you in with little fees up front but renewals are then expense and people couldn't be bothered changing the details?

Any ideas? What is a cost effective way of setting up Ltd Co with addresses etc. What is a ballpark annual rate for these kinds of services? Companies to recommend?

    Cheers

Depends what you’re after. It costs £20 to incorporate a company and most accountants will do this, and provide a registered office, for free if you take them on as accountants.

My advice would be to get your accountant to do it all for you. Give them your requirements, let them go off and do it. It's not bank-breakingly expensive.

Pretty much all of the guys on here should offer this kind of service to their clients as part of the package.
