Nope. They advised me to email 'enquires@west28th.co.uk' and asking them. They would apparently provide access if I provide them with further personal details - not an action I expect/intend to have to take to get simple access to any agreement that they are claiming exists....

I sent a £1 postal order that I hope/expect covers multiple agreements that they claim are in place.

Still if they send 1 that's OK - the content would be the same for any others apart from having different values....

Agreed. Feel very confident with the communication that I have from the very beginnings of this shenanigans - and I particularly like the idea of counter-suing them for ongoing and inappropriate harassment of this case.

The only thing that I'm waiting to see is what Trethowan's may send...

I have also now reported this/West 28th Street Ltd. to FCA.

I have also sent the £1 postal order to Trethowans (along with usual ongoing dispute and denial of any acknowledgement/agreement, etc.) for them to supply me with 'hard true copies of any agreement'. I am not minded to access...

First time poster here and want to start by thanking everyone for their input as really helpful to me to better understand the history and suggestions for managing this personally.
