For contracting, I think the main thing is still: short profile, key skills near the top, then recent roles with clear project details, and outcomes. Two or three pages are fine if the experience is relevant. I wouldn’t change a format that has worked for 20 years just because Canva-style templates...

Mostly ChatGPT and Copilot for me. I've tried Claude as well, but I wasn't quite as impressed as the rest of the community. That said, It really depends on what you're actually using these tools for.
