Mortgage renewal is going to force me to stay for now atleast.
And i know one of the other 3 we are allowed to use anyway is paystream lol!
Even knowing the savings are employee only, is there anyway for it to still be beneficial or just stick with standard contributions until...

Umbrella (Trafalgar) and pensions
Hi all,
I am contracting and have Trafalgar as my umbrella atm.
I am on there basic package so 8% standard pension atm.
To go into salary sacrifice they need me to upgrade to the gold package which would be £40 a month extra margin.
