Contractor via Ltd company to permie MVL eligibility

Thanks for the responses. Sounds like I should leave the company open in a dormant state and leave the funds in for now or at least for the next few years until I am out of employment. Would that be the best option here?

I am moving from a contractor via limited company to permie. This would be moving to the same company and similar roles. Is MVL eligible to wind down the company and take out the balance of funds at the current 14% tax?

I have no inte tion of opening a new limited company in the next 2...
