Under s.29(5) of the Limitation Act 1980, only two things restart the clock (6 years):

1. A written, signed acknowledgment of the debt — i.e. anything that concedes the claim is valid
2. Any payment against it, even partial or "goodwill."

Got mine today. Incredible this is still going despite matters being completely and formally settled with HMRC (which also took years). Ignored the Felicitas era. Same course of action here?...
