They are my own stats taken from job sites over a long period of time (Jobserve/Indeed and the like). It's a measure like everything else but key IT skills are on the slop (worse than Covid) right now - it's been a noticeable downward decline since the middle of last year....

Yep we're in a strange situation right now. Job Ads being very specific and you feel the only person suitable for the role is the one who's just walked out the door to either retire or move on to something better. Only 10 years ago you were hired because you knew Java, Typescript or C# well enough and...
