This clip is a cautionary tale to all young adventurers. Dont narrate when you have had ten pints of Canadian. You might think you are abso bloody lutely hilarious at the time

              Sound of Silence.

Dont view this if you are easily bored. It's a clip from the top of the world, near Chicken Alaska.
It shows the massive devastation of the forest fire, the long shadows, even though it's midday, and most of all, the silence. No birdsong, people, traffic, aircraft. nothing.

By now, we haven't seen a fence for two thousand miles, nor a policeman, nor a speed camera.

On the road south from Stewart to Valemount BC.

Checked the car, there was noone in it. Then it started exploding
to go back meant a 500 mile detour, we had already done 400 miles (ish)

do we stay or do we go ?

Some nice pics EO however, the video clips are too jerky to watch. I would suggest carrying a lightweight tripod around or with some practice use a Steadicam or similar.
